How invoicing works
Automatic electronic invoicing (Fatture in Cloud), only in two cases — always visible in your account area.
Wallet top-up
When you load credit (e.g. €50) you receive an invoice for the full amount, VAT 0% ex art. 74 par. 1 lett. d) DPR 633/72: the credit is yours in full.
Direct purchase
Buying a data plan directly (without wallet) generates an invoice for the plan amount with VAT applied.
Spending from wallet
Orders paid with wallet credit are NOT invoiced again: they were already invoiced when you topped up. No double invoicing, ever.
