1. Data controller
The data controller is EI S.r.l. — Via Cariati 43, 00178 Roma (RM) — P.IVA IT16017671005 (marchio SIMAMMA), reachable at info@simamma.com.
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email); identity data required before activation (first name, last name, tax ID, country of residence and, on request, a copy of an ID document); order data (plans purchased, amounts, eSIM ICCIDs); technical browsing data and preferences (language, currency, cookie consent).
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to: perform the sales contract and activate the eSIM (art. 6.1.b GDPR); comply with tax, accounting and identification obligations under electronic communications regulations (art. 6.1.c); prevent fraud (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f); handle support requests. Consent is requested only for non-technical cookies and marketing communications.
4. Recipients
Data may be shared with: Airalo (network partner issuing the eSIMs), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Emergent (infrastructure and AI assistant). No data is sold to third parties.
5. Retention
Account and order data: for the duration of the relationship and as required by tax law (10 years for accounting records). ID documents: for the period required by applicable law, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection rights by writing to info@simamma.com. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
7. Security
Bcrypt-hashed passwords, encrypted sessions, ID documents restricted to administrators, payments fully handled by Stripe (no card data on our servers).
