Is your phone eSIM compatible?
Most phones from the last few years support eSIM. Here is the updated list and a 30-second check you can do yourself.
Check in 30 seconds
Dial *#06#
If an EID code appears among the codes shown, your phone supports eSIM.
On iPhone
Settings → Mobile Data (Cellular) → if you see "Add eSIM" or "Add Data Plan", you are compatible.
On Android (Samsung, Pixel…)
Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → if you see "Add eSIM", you are compatible.
Unlocked phone
The phone must not be carrier-locked. Phones bought on instalments from an operator may be locked: check with your carrier.
