1. Service scope
EI S.r.l. — Via Cariati 43, 00178 Roma (RM) — P.IVA IT16017671005 (marchio SIMAMMA) sells travel eSIM data plans delivered through the Airalo partner network. The service consists of a digital eSIM profile activated via QR code or activation code, with prepaid data valid in the destinations listed on each plan page.
2. Account and registration
Purchasing requires registration with email/password or Google, accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of the identity details required before activation (first name, last name, tax ID or equivalent).
3. Orders, prices and payments
Prices are those published at the time of the order, in the selected currency, and include the reseller margin. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). An order is complete only after successful payment; no charge is made for unpaid checkouts.
4. eSIM activation and use
The eSIM is delivered immediately after payment by email and in your account. Activation requires a compatible, carrier-unlocked device: checking compatibility before purchase is your responsibility. The plan activates on first connection to a supported network at the destination.
5. Identity verification (KYC)
Before activation we may collect the details of the person who will use the eSIM (name, tax ID, country of residence) and, on request, an ID document, in compliance with telecommunications regulations. Failure to provide them may prevent service delivery.
6. Top-ups
Some plans support data top-ups from your account or via the shareable top-up link. Top-ups apply to the existing eSIM with no reinstallation.
7. Refunds
Refunds follow the Refund Policy published on this site: non-activated plans refundable within 14 days; activated or partially used plans are non-refundable except for verified activation failures.
8. Liability
Coverage and network quality depend on local partner operators and may vary. We are not liable for outages due to force majeure, local operator restrictions, or misuse of the service.
